2 tablespoons gentlemen 's relish ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2.Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 0.5 cm thickness.
3.Spread the marmite over the pastry.
4.Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the marmite.
5.Add the sun-dried tomato paste, gentlemen's relish, and fresh pesto sauce (optional).
6.Cut the pastry into strips around 2cm wide.
7.Twist each strip and place on a baking tray.
8.Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
9.Allow to cool before serving and enjoy!
