Ingredients

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, add hot water, milk, salt, sugar, eggs, yeast, orange zest, and Wesson Oil.

4.Cover the dough bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for at least an hour.
5.Heat Wesson Oil in a deep pan for deep frying.

7.Fry until golden brown and remove from the oil using a slotted spoon.
8.Place the doughnut holes on a paper towel-lined plate to remove the excess oil.
9.Using a separate bowl, dilute the honey with a little water.
10.Dip each doughnut ball in the honey and coat it evenly.
11.Sprinkle with ground walnuts and cinnamon.
12.Let the Loukoumathes cool, serve and enjoy!
