3 slices bacon ( chopped )
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 ounce goya sazon seasoning ( with cilantro , not saffron )
1 dash ground allspice
1 dash crushed red pepper flakes
1 head romaine lettuce ( shredded )
2/3 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

1.In a nonstick pan, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until slightly crispy.
2.Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes have softened.
3.In a large bowl, combine the shredded romaine lettuce, cooked bacon and tomato mixture, raisins, sazon seasoning, allspice, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix well.
4.Add mayonnaise to the bowl and mix until well combined.
5.Chill the slaw in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
6.Serve the Cuban Romaine Slaw cold, garnished with chopped parsley (optional).
