1 lb pork ( cubed )

2 cups shucked clams ( rinsed , chopped )

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes and salt.

3.Add the minced onion and the spice mixture to the pot. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
4.Pour in the white wine and stir to deglaze the pot.
5.Add the chopped clams to the pot, cover with a lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the clams have opened and are cooked.
6.Remove from heat and sprinkle the minced parsley on top. Serve in the cataplana with some crusty bread.
