1/4 cup cooking sherry
1 small onion
1/2 - 1 cup sour cream
1 package frozen peas
2 teaspoons frozen orange juice
1 teaspoon paprika ( Hungarian )
1/4 cup condensed chicken broth
salt and pepper

Instructions

8.Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

10.Turn off the heat and stir in the sour cream. Serve hot.
