cumin , to taste
1 -2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
sofrito sauce , frozen , to taste
2 -3 potatoes , peeled
4 carrots , peeled and cut into pieces
1 can peeled whole tomatoes
cilantro , to taste

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

3.Bake the brisket in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
