Ingredients

1 - 1 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef ( I use sirloin or London Broil )
1 grapefruit , juiced
2 cloves garlic , minced , divided
3 tomatoes
1 large onion
1 bag frozen steak-cut French fries
1 bunch parsley , chopped
cooked rice

Instructions

1.Marinate thinly sliced beef in the grapefruit juice and 1 clove of minced garlic for at least 30 mins.
2.Cut the tomatoes and onion into thin wedges.
3.Heat a skillet over high heat and sauté the marinated beef until cooked, remove from the skillet and set aside.
4.In the same skillet, add a bit of oil and cook the onion and the other garlic clove until tender.
5.Add the tomato wedges and cook for 2 minutes.
6.Add the cooked beef and French fries to the skillet and stir-fry until the fries are cooked and golden.
7.Add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve hot over cooked rice.
