Instructions

1.In a large pot, mix together sugar, water, and lemon juice.

5.Stir in the rose water and food coloring until the mixture is evenly colored.
6.Pour the mixture into a greased and parchment-lined baking dish, and sprinkle the chopped almonds on top.
7.Let it cool at room temperature for at least 4 hours or overnight.
8.Once hardened, remove the Lokum from the baking dish and cut it into bite-sized pieces with a greased knife.
9.Dust the pieces with a mixture of confectioners' sugar and cornflour, and enjoy!
