1 package thin egg noodles
6 onions , diced
1/8 cup vegetable oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
paprika to taste

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

4.In a large bowl, whisk eggs and stir in cooked noodles, caramelized onions, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and paprika until well combined.
5.Transfer noodle mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
6.Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until golden brown on top.
