Lobster Tandoori is a unique and delicious fusion of Indian and American cuisines. This dish adds an element of spice to fresh lobster, a classic seafood dish that's popular in American coastal states and around the world. The marinade used for this recipe is made with Indian spices and yogurt, which helps to tenderize and add flavor to the meat. The grilled lobster tails are spicy, tangy, and full of bold flavors that never fail to impress.

Instructions

1.Blend onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, lime juice, yogurt, salt, black pepper, and sugar together in a food processor until smooth.
2.Prepare the lobsters by removing their heads, shell, and legs. Cut the tails in half lengthwise and remove the black vein. Score the underside of each tail with a knife and then coat them with the marinade.
3.Let the tails marinate for at least 1-2 hours before grilling them over medium heat until they are cooked through (around 4-5 minutes per side).
4.Serve hot with steamed vegetables or rice.
