Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 365°F (185°C).

6.Scatter cooked lobster, onion and garlic in the bottom of the pie shell. Add swiss cheese, then cheddar cheese.
7.Pour egg mixture over cheese in pie shell.
8.Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until quiche is set and crust is fully cooked.
9.Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
