2 lobster tails , cooked
10 large shrimp , cut in half
2 cups potatoes , cubed
1/2 cup carrot , cubed
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 onion , chopped
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup frozen green pea ( optional )
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
salt and pepper
10 slices frozen phyllo dough , thawed
1 teaspoon melted butter

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large pot, boil the potatoes and carrots until they are soft, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3.In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and onion, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add flour into the skillet and stir until it becomes golden brown and well combined with the mixture.
5.Add sherry, chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir until it becomes smooth and bubbly.
6.Add potatoes, carrots, shrimps, Lobster tails, green peas, lemon juice, chives, tarragon, and Old Bay Seasoning to the skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently until the mixture becomes well combined.
7.Take a baking dish and transfer the lobster mixture into it. Place it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
8.Take out the baking dish and place phyllo dough on top of it. Brush with melted butter.
9.Again place it in the oven and bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until phyllo dough on top becomes golden brown.
10.Take it out of the oven, let it cool down for a few minutes, and serve.
