4 oranges , juiced
4 lemons , juiced
4 limes , juiced
1 bermuda onion , sliced thin
2 small tomatoes , chopped

1/4 cup Spanish olive oil
1/4 cup ketchup
salt & fresh ground pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat a pot of water to boiling. Boil the lobster for 4-5 minutes, or until the shell turns red and the meat is cooked through.

3.In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat and scallops.
4.Add the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, habanero, olive oil, and ketchup to the bowl.
5.Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix the ingredients until well combined.
6.Chill the ceviche in the refrigerator for at least an hour, then serve with avocado and plantain chips.
