Ingredients

50 g couscous , prepared according to packet and cooled
2 nori sushi sheets
100 g lobster tails , cooked and chopped
2 tablespoons wasabi

Instructions

1.Place one sushi sheet on a clean dry surface.

3.Roll the sushi tightly using a sushi mat. Do the same with the second sushi sheet.
4.Brush some wasabi onto each roll before slicing them into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
