Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, dry yeast, salt and sugar.
2.Beat the eggs and oil/butter in another bowl and add it to the yeast mixture.
3.Mix in the flour, and knead until it forms a soft dough.
4.Cover the dough with a plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5.Roll out the dough, cut it into triangles, and add the jam or Turkish delight to the widest part of each triangle.
6.Roll up the dough, starting from the widest part to the narrowest, and form it into a crescent shape.
7.Brush the croissants with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
