8 lasagne noodles , cooked and drained

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large skillet, cook the onion, green bell pepper, and ground beef over medium heat until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
3.Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, tomato paste and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4.Mix the ricotta cheese with egg.
5.In a 9-inch baking dish, layer the cooked lasagne noodles, meat sauce, ricotta mixture, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
6.Repeat layers ending with meat sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
7.Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
