Ingredients

1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 ounces skim milk
1 small onion
1 can mushrooms ( optional )
8 ounces cheddar cheese
1/2 lb green chili pepper
15 -20 corn tortillas

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.In a large bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and skim milk. Set aside.

4.Cut the green chili peppers into small pieces and set them aside in a bowl.

8.Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve hot.
