8 -10 large tomatillos
4 jalapeno peppers
4 habanero peppers

2 pinches salt ( I use kosher , and usually have to add a little more at the end )
cilantro ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Peel and wash the tomatillos and garlic, and cut off the tops of the jalapeno and habanero peppers.
3.Place the tomatillos, garlic, jalapeno peppers, and habanero peppers on a baking sheet and roast them for 15-20 minutes until the tomatillos are tender.
4.Remove the sheet from the oven and let the ingredients cool before transferring them to a blender.
5.Add a pinch of salt and blend the ingredients until smooth.
6.Taste and adjust salt as needed.
7.If using cilantro, stir it in after blending.
