Instructions

1.Combine ground beef, onion, green pepper, two crushed garlic cloves, salt, pepper, dried basil, dried oregano, dried parsley and mix well in a mixing bowl.
2.Roll the mixtures into one-and-a-half inch meatballs.
3.Bake meatballs on a baking sheet in a 375°F preheated oven until golden brown for about 25 minutes.
4.In a pot, combine tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, garlic cloves, and shredded carrots, and stir until it's well combined.
5.Add salt, pepper, red wine, fresh basil, and fresh oregano.
6.Use low heat and let the mixture simmer for about 30 to 40 minutes.
7.Cook linguine in a large pot of boiling salted water.
8.Remove the linguine from heat and drain it in a colander.
