Ingredients

1 lb 80 % lean ground beef , at least 80 % lean
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
2 jalapeno peppers , sliced , and chopped fine
1 package Mexican blend cheese
1 package taco shells
1/4 head lettuce , chopped fine
1 tomatoes , chopped
1 container sour cream
1 jar pace salsa , I like med . hot

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
3.Drain any excess grease from the skillet and add in the taco seasoning mix, Rotel, and jalapeno peppers. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
4.Spread the taco shells out on a baking sheet and sprinkle a small amount of cheese into each shell. Place the baking sheet into the oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
5.Remove the baking sheet from the oven and add a spoonful of the beef mixture into each shell. Top with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa.
