Biscotti is an Italian crunchy biscuit that is enjoyed globally on its own, or with coffee or tea. These twice-baked biscuits became popular due to their longer shelf life, and can be prepared ahead of time easily. My Once-Baked Biscotti recipe is perfect for those who don't like their biscotti too hard, it is just the right crispiness. The addition of almonds, anisette, and rum in this recipe makes it all the more appealing to the taste buds! For optimal results, store this biscotti in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
