Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese Scones are a classic British recipe made with a hard, unpasteurized cow's milk cheese that is similar to Cheddar but has a crumbly texture. This scone recipe is perfect for cheese lovers and can be enjoyed on its own as a snack or as a side to soup. The scones are flaky, flavorful, and perfect with a cup of tea or coffee. Enjoy these warm as a breakfast or brunch dish or serve them as a snack when entertaining guests.
