1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3 packages frozen chopped spinach ( drained and squeeze out all water from spinach )
water
3 garlic cloves , minced
1 bunch fresh cilantro , chopped
lemon juice
rice , cooked

Instructions

1.Heat a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil.
2.Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
3.Add ground beef, allspice, and cinnamon, and season with salt to taste. Cook and stir until the beef is browned and cooked through.
4.Add the drained and squeezed frozen spinach, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro to the pan. Stir well to combine.
5.Add water to the skillet until the ingredients are covered, then bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cover the pan and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes.
6.Remove the cover and continue to simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated.
7.Squeeze lemon juice over the top of the dish and serve hot over cooked rice.
