Ingredients

1 1/4 kg baby octopus
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon ketjap manis
1/4 cup lime juice
2 garlic cloves , crushed
2 tablespoons fresh coriander , crushed
2 medium limes , sliced thickly

Instructions

1.Clean the octopus by removing the beaks, eyes and inky sacs. Rinse the tentacles well under cold water.
2.In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, ketjap manis, lime juice, and garlic.
3.Add fresh coriander and mix well.
4.Add octopus and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
5.Preheat a grill pan and add the octopus.
6.Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until nicely browned.
7.Serve hot with thickly sliced fresh limes on the side.
