2 1/2 teaspoons plain flour
2 1/2 teaspoons self-raising flour
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 - 2 cups chicken broth or 1 1/2-2 cups vegetable broth
3 -4 tablespoons cornstarch
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts , cut into strips
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 onion , thinly sliced
