Instructions

1.Place all ingredients in bread machine in order listed
2.Use the Dough cycle. Let the machine do the mixing and first rise.
3.After the dough has risen, remove from the machine. Shape into a baguette or two smaller loaves and place on a baking sheet.
4.Cover loaves with plastic and a towel, let rise until double.
5.With a sharp knife, snip the tops of each loaf lengthwise, making about 2-3 diagonal cuts.
6.Preheat oven to 375°. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
