3 bell peppers , sliced ( I like to mix red and green )
1 onion , sliced thin
1 can diced tomatoes
12 -16 ounces beer ( select something you 'd drink )
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the sausage. Cook until browned on all sides, then remove from skillet.
