4 -6 ounces fat free cream cheese , cut into pieces ( could add some fruit )
5 eggs
1 1/4 cups skim milk
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/3 cup maple syrup

Instructions

1.In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine white bread cubes, whole wheat bread cubes, and chunks of fat-free cream cheese.

3.Pour egg mixture over bread cubes and cream cheese in the baking dish, making sure all bread is soaked.
4.Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
