1 can fat-free evaporated milk , chilled
1 package French vanilla instant pudding
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ounces light cream cheese , room temperature
4 ounces fat-free whipped topping
1/2 cup hot water
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1/2 cup Kahlua ( coffee liqueur )
12 ladyfingers
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa , divided

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, beat together chilled evaporated milk and French vanilla instant pudding powder for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture becomes thick.
2.Add vanilla extract and room temperature cream cheese to the mixture and continue beating until everything is well-combined.
3.Fold in the fat-free whipped topping into the mixture.
4.In a separate mixing bowl, whisk the hot water and instant coffee together until the coffee is dissolved. Add Kahlua (coffee liqueur) to the mixture and stir.
5.Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee mixture and place them on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
6.Spread half of the pudding mixture over the ladyfingers, sprinkle one tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder over the pudding.
7.Repeat the layering process to include a second layer of soaked ladyfingers, pudding mixture, and cocoa powder.
8.Chill the Tiramisu for at least 4 hours or overnight.
