Instructions

8.Heat jam and water in a saucepan over low heat until melted.
9.Brush jam mixture over baked cookies.
10.In a small bowl, sift together confectioners' sugar and cocoa powder.
11.Add hot water, whisking until smooth.
12.Drizzle glaze over cookies.
