2 pounds potatoes , peeled and cubed
2 pounds fresh green beans , trimmed and snapped into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 pound thick cut bacon
3 small onions , sliced
2 cups balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil.
