1 fresh pineapple ( ripe )
14 cups water

Instructions

1.Rinse the gingerroot and chop it into smaller pieces. Peel the pineapple and chop it into small pieces as well.

3.Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool. Strain the liquid through a sieve, cheesecloth, or nut milk bag into a large pitcher.
4.Add sugar to taste and stir well. Chill the pineapple ginger beer in the refrigerator before serving.
