Instructions

1.In a double boiler over simmering water, combine the chocolate and milk, stirring constantly until the chocolate is melted.
2.Remove from heat and stir in the orange brandy.
3.Beat the egg yolks and sugar together until light in color and thick.
4.Gradually stir in the chocolate mixture, then add the dissolved gelatin and orange zest.
5.In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Gently fold in the chocolate mixture.
6.Pour the mixture into a greased and lined cake tin and refrigerate until set.
7.In a mixing bowl, combine the prepared orange cake mix with canola oil, eggs and semisweet chocolate chips.

9.Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake tin and bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°F.
