2 tablespoons canola oil
2 lemons , whole , juiced
2 -3 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons garlic ( or 3 cloves garlic )
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil , dried

Instructions

1.Drain and rinse the can of artichokes and put on paper towels to dry.
2.Take a blender or food processor and put in it the dried artichokes, olive oil, canola oil, lemon juice, capers, garlic, sea salt, oregano, and basil.
3.Blend the mixture for several seconds until smooth and creamy.
4.Stop blending and scrape down the edges of the blender or food processor with a spatula.
5.Blend again until the dip is homogenous and creamy. If needed add more salt.
6.Transfer your Lemony Artichokes and Capers Dip into a serving bowl.
7.Serve it immediately with pita bread, crackers, or vegetable crudités.
