8 ounces cottage cheese
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter , melted
1 egg , beaten
powdered sugar , to dust

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180C.
2.Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.

4.In a large bowl, cream together the butter and vanilla sugar. Add in the egg yolks, flour, lemon juice, and zest. Whisk until smooth.

10.Spread the lemon and vanilla curd over the top of the chilled cheesecake. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
