Ingredients

2 packages fat free cream cheese , softened
1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup water
1 box sugar-free lemon gelatin
2 cups fat-free cool whip , thawed
1/2 cup sugar-free raspberry jam
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons marsala wine
6 ounces ladyfingers , split
1 pint fresh raspberry ( or frozen unsweetened raspberries , thawed )

Instructions

1.Beat cream cheese, Splenda, and vanilla until well mixed.
2.Bring 1/3 cup water to a boil.
3.Remove from heat and dissolve gelatin in the water.
4.Gradually add gelatin mixture into cream cheese mixture and whisk until well combined.
5.Fold in the cool whip.
6.In a small saucepan, mix raspberry jam, 1/4 cup water, and marsala wine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7.Place ladyfingers in a single layer on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Drizzle half of the raspberry mixture over the ladyfingers.
8.Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the raspberry mixture.
9.Repeat layering with remaining ladyfingers, raspberry mixture, and cream cheese mixture.
10.Top with fresh raspberries. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
