2 graham crackers ( packages cellophane wrapped Nabisco )
1/2 cup butter ( melted ) or 1/2 cup margarine ( melted )
1/2 cup sugar
3 lbs cream cheese ( softened )
2 cups sugar
7 eggs
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 lemons ( rind finely grated )
2 lemons ( juice only )
1/4 cup cream
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

12.Bake the cheesecake for 5 minutes.
