2 teaspoons finely grated lemons , rind of
1 cup unsalted butter , cut up
24 sheets frozen phyllo dough , thawed

Instructions

9.Layer the remaining 8 phyllo sheets on top, again brushing each sheet with melted butter.
10.Brush the top with melted butter and use a sharp knife to cut the pastry into small square or diamond shapes.
11.Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
