4 chicken breasts | |
1/4 cup olive oil | |
2 tbsp lemon juice | |
2 tsp lemon pepper | |
1 tsp salt | |
1 tsp garlic powder | |
1 tsp onion powder |
1. | In a small mixing bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, salt, garlic and onion powder. |
2. | Place chicken breasts in a large, shallow dish and pour marinade over them, coating well. |
3. | Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. |
4. | Preheat grill or oven to 375°F. |
5. | Remove chicken breasts from marinade and discard remaining marinade. |
6. | Grill or bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, flipping halfway through cooking time. |
7. | Remove from heat and let it rest for few minutes before slicing and serving. |
