Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 large cloves garlic , minced
1 pinch cayenne pepper ( optional )
2 tablespoons water
1/2 lemon , juiced
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh parsley
1/2 lemon , cut into wedges

Instructions

5.In a large pan, heat butter over medium heat.

8.Add water and lemon juice, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
9.Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.
10.Serve shrimp over a bed of grits with lemon wedges on the side.
