4 white fish fillets , hake suggested
1 lemon , juiced and rind finely zested
2 teaspoons olive oil
250 g green beans , trimmed
250 g cherry tomatoes , halved

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°C.

5.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
