Ingredients

2 cups biscuits , crushed ( use your favourite biscuits that crumble easily )
100 g butter
350 g panir
3/4 cup cold milk
6 -8 walnuts , whole
2 cups condensed milk
150 ml lemon juice

Instructions

1.Melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat.

3.Press biscuit mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch tart dish.
4.Chill the base in the fridge while you make the filling.
5.In a bowl, whisk together the panir and cold milk until smooth and creamy.
6.Add condensed milk, lemon juice and continue whisking until the mixture is smooth.
7.Pour the filling into the chilled tart base.
8.Decorate with walnuts on top and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or until set.
