Instructions

6.Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until firm to touch. Cool for 10 minutes.
7.Cut log diagonally into 30 (1/2-inch) slices. Place slices, cut sides down, on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes. Turn cookies over; bake an additional 15 minutes (cookies will be slightly soft in center but will harden as they cool).
8.Combine powdered sugar and remaining 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. Drizzle glaze over cookies; let stand until set.
