Ingredients

2 kg leg of lamb
2 garlic cloves , crushed
2 tablespoons honey
1 lemon , juice of
3 -4 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180C/350F
2.In a small bowl, combine crushed garlic, honey and lemon juice. Mix well.
3.Rub the lamb generously with the mixture.
4.Using a knife, make deep cuts in the lamb and insert rosemary sprigs.
5.Place the lamb into the oven bag and close it tightly.
6.Place the bag in a baking dish, and bake for 3 hours or until the lamb is fully cooked.
7.Remove the lamb from the bag, and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving it.
