Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
2.Take a large, deep ovenproof dish and rub butter around the edges.
3.Cut the leftover turkey into bite-sized chunks and place them in the dish. Add the leftover stuffing and mix well.
4.Pour leftover gravy on top and mix well.
5.Peel potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Add them to the dish and mix well.
6.Season with salt and pepper.
7.Place small bits of butter all over the dish.
8.Cover the dish with foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 25 minutes.
9.Remove the foil and place the dish back in the oven for a further 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are nicely browned.
