4 1/2 cups hot chicken stock
1 lb turkey , cooked , skinless , diced
2 tablespoons hot madras curry paste
1 tablespoon cilantro , roughly chopped

Instructions

1.In a large pot, heat sunflower oil over medium heat. Add diced carrots and sliced onions and sauté for 5-7 minutes or until slightly softened.
