1 lemon , zest cut off in 1/2-inch-wide strips
2 cinnamon sticks
4 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup pisco ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 300F.

5.Slowly pour the milk into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.

9.Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
