Ingredients

2 cups plain yogurt ( can not have gelatin in it )
1 egg white , beaten until frothy
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

3.Add the beaten egg white to the pot and stir until well combined.
4.Add the cornstarch mixture to the pot and stir until the mixture thickens.
5.Stir in the salt.
6.Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature before serving.
