3 to taste garlic , crushed
1 salt & pepper
2 teaspoons dried mint
1/4 cup clarified butter
6 eggs

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix laban mutboukh, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and dried mint.
2.Melt clarified butter in a large skillet over low heat. Add the yogurt mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
3.Crack the eggs and add it one by one into the skillet, keep stirring to avoid lumping, for 5-7 minutes or until the whites are set and the yolks start to thicken.
4.Serve with bread or pita bread and Enjoy!
