Ingredients

1 liter milk
salt
3 garlic cloves
1/2 liter water

Instructions

1.Heat milk over medium heat until it reaches 80°C.
2.Let the milk cool down to 30°C and then add salt.
3.Crush garlic and add it to the milk.
4.Mix the milk with water, until a uniform texture is formed.
5.Pass the mixture through a sieve to remove the garlic bits.
6.Chill the drink in the refrigerator.
7.Serve chilled and enjoy!
